Don’t get us wrong; we know the difficulties surrounding the logistics involved in touring the United States, especially when the artist or band in question’s from overseas. Or worse, foreign and obscure. Just as with our piece on acts from the United Kingdom, we don’t wish to put the onus on the artists. Rather, consider this an open letter of lament, or perhaps a wishlist to the promoter equivalent of Santa Claus.
